1. Preparation before use

2. Control of oil circuit system

The oil truck has three oil inlet ports, and the oil is filled into three oil tanks by the gas station (leaving a margin of 5% of the total capacity). The oil is discharged by rotating the ball valve 90 ° to put the oil into other oil station containers.

3. Maintenance and technical safety of refueling vehicles

(1) The use and maintenance of the automotive chassis and engine parts should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the "Driver's Manual" for various Class II automotive chassis; The use and maintenance of self priming pumps shall be carried out in accordance with the pump instructions; The use and maintenance of the flow meter shall be carried out in accordance with the instructions for the flow meter.

Due to the fact that the semi trailer oil tanker is a semi load bearing structure, the train should pay attention to the centripetal force when turning and slow down.

(3) To ensure the cleanliness of the oil tank, the oil tank and oil delivery system should be cleaned regularly. After the oil delivery hose is used up, the joint covers at both ends should be installed in a timely manner; After the oil pump is used, joint covers should be installed at the inlet and outlet of both ends of the oil circuit system to ensure cleanliness inside the pipe.

The medium through which the ball valve passes should not be too dirty to avoid scratching the sealing seat and reducing the service life of the ball valve. Each ball valve should not be operated in a semi open state for a long time, otherwise it may cause deformation of the sealing seat. During driving, the handles of each ball valve should be in the Closed state.

(5) The inlet pump filter screen should be frequently disassembled and washed to prevent oil residue from blocking the filter screen and affecting the flow rate. The filter screen in front of the meter should be kept intact to prevent impurities from entering and damaging the flow meter.

(6) The breathing valve should be kept clean and in good condition. The spring inside the valve should not be replaced arbitrarily to avoid affecting the effect of oil discharge. When the breathing valve is blocked, there is a danger of tank deformation.

In order to prevent fire accidents on oil tankers, it is not allowed to work when the exhaust pipe, muffler, pipeline oil leakage, grounding wire is damaged or broken, and it is not allowed to use metal objects to hit the components on the tanker to avoid sparks. Fire fighting equipment should be prepared at all times on the tanker.

When the oil tanker is driving with fuel, the rubber strip at the rear of the vehicle must be grounded. When refueling or discharging fuel, the electric pole must be inserted into a damp area.

When working inside a tank filled with oil, there must be someone outside the tank to protect it.

(10) The overhead light in the driver's cab is connected to the small light of the main vehicle. When driving at night, the light is turned on for safety and avoidance.

(11) Oil truck operators must be familiar with the use and maintenance of fire extinguishers, and regularly inspect and maintain them according to the instructions for use.

If the temperature is below 0 ℃ and there is water in the pipeline and self priming pump, the water must be drained from the pump body drain plug to prevent freezing and damaging the valve body and pump body.

If the oil tank often freezes in the settling tank, it should not be baked with fire. It can be melted with hot water or steam, or the car can be driven into a greenhouse to thaw.

When refueling or discharging fuel, the refueling truck must not move to prevent accidents caused by pipeline damage and oil spillage.

When opening the large cap of the tank, it should be handled gently to prevent deformation at the connection. During operation, the large cover must be tightly pressed against the sealing ring at the tank mouth to ensure that the tank mouth is tightly closed.
